Remote Consultation

We offer a remote option for clients who either have homes out of the area or are more comfortable during the pandemic. We ensure the same level of communication is delivered along with a digital copy of your notes.

 

There are two options for the next steps:

  1. Use our consultation notes and stage the home on your own
  2. Avoid the stress and hire us to stage the home

Vacant Home Staging

Consultation

For a vacant home, it is all about optimizing the space with the right furniture and accessories. My goal is to go room by room and analyze the best ways to enhance the space and to create a theme that lets a potential Buyer see how it would work for an everyday layout.

 

Consultations can be done in person or online. The main focus is to add in just the right amount of pieces to bring the home to life.
